Question

I’m scheduled for surgery on November 11 to correct prolapsed implants. I currently have 550cc implants, which I got 15 years ago, before having children. My body has since changed, and I need a lift, scar tissue removal, and new implants. My doctor recommends 700cc high-profile silicone implants. I want to achieve the ideal size for my current body and regain the proportions I had before. Hoping for a natural, full look with the new implants.

Do you feel that you’ve lost a lot of volume? Or do you want to be a cup size larger?
If you’re happy with your overall volume just not the shape a similar sized implant might be appropriate. If you want to be fuller/bigger a 100-150cc upsize is pretty standard. 
Ultimately comes down to your goals!

Your breasts are low on the chest wall and deformed from the implants. Adding large implants will not solve your problem. I recommend explantation and breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Please do not go that large or you will just sag again because of the additional weight. Most women cannot support 700 cc's.

Their does look like there is some distortion of your breast shape.
I think it would be important to understand if you have a cap or contraction.
Your surgeons plan sounds.
I would say that whenever patient select excessively large implants the of undesirable side effects, complications and need for revision surgery will always be higher. This is especially true if the implant diameter is larger than the natural diameter of your breast.
In the end, provider selection is probably the most important variable.
