I’m 54 years old and had a revision breast lift with 360cc implants 10 months ago. I have little upper pole fullness, and both my areolas appear to be sitting on top of the implant. My surgeon had suggested a revision surgery but I’d like other opinions. What has caused the nipple issues and how can it be fixed. And what can be done to address the upper pole fullness.

The lower side needs the lower pocket reshaped and perhaps a lift to even out your areolae. I would not suggest using high profile implants, but ones with a wider base. Naturally, your breasts sit somewhat far apart, and the bases cannot be moved.
Hello,Please tell us a little bit more about your situation. InformationSuch as what was performed (what type of augmentation etc) and most importantly what bothers you now that you are 6 months after surgery
It is probably from weight gain. You have two different breasts, and they may not enlarge equally with weight gain. At 10 months, you are settled. The difference is mild and probably will not be noticed in clothing.
