Can you comment on stability nose after bilateral osteotomy?

Hi, I was suggested to undergo a bilateral osteotomy. They will cut the bone and push the sides inward to narrow the bridge. My question: will the nose be just as stable as before or not? Moving the bone slightly inward means the nasal bone isn’t attached to the frontal maxillary anymore, right? Wouldn’t that make it less stable? Many thanks in advance for your answers

Hello I don't recommend to do filler on your nose because it effects badly structure of the nose that is why I am recommending to do surgery
