Hi, I was suggested to undergo a bilateral osteotomy. They will cut the bone and push the sides inward to narrow the bridge. My question: will the nose be just as stable as before or not? Moving the bone slightly inward means the nasal bone isn’t attached to the frontal maxillary anymore, right? Wouldn’t that make it less stable? Many thanks in advance for your answers
