Evaluating surgeon’s results: should I be able to find before and after photos similar to what I want on my own face?

Helpful152585
This is a follow up to the question: How accurate should I expect renderings to be? Is it ok if I can’t find before / after photos similar to what I want? - In terms of “liking a surgeons actual results” - does this mean I should be able to find examples similar to what I want on my own face? Or Is it enough to feel that a surgeons work fits the faces of his/her prior patients (but not my own).
