Waist reduction without removing ribs?

How to choose the right surgeon? This seems so much less complicated than rib removal; can any surgeon get good results? 60yrs old excellent health ideal weight.

Waist reduction is generally treated with liposuction either under local or general anesthesia. It does not need rib reduction nor would I recommend it. 
You should consult with a Board Certified Plastic surgeon, as for any aesthetic procedure, to evauluate your waist and recommend thee appropriate procedure. Good luck!
