How to choose the right surgeon? This seems so much less complicated than rib removal; can any surgeon get good results? 60yrs old excellent health ideal weight.

I say neither. Rib removal is totally out of bounds. I don’t know any surgeon who does it. Bbl is commonly done but there are major risks to it and the results not so hot.

I see what you are talking about. I would seriously question the judgment of any surgeon who would operate on you. You’d be asking for scarring and potential complications that simply are worth it

From your photo I am Not clear about the problem. I would be extremely surprised if you could find any surgeon will to remove your ribs. I carries many risks and probably won’t even accomplish what you think.
