How to choose the right surgeon? This seems so much less complicated than rib removal; can any surgeon get good results? 60yrs old excellent health ideal weight.

I say neither. Rib removal is totally out of bounds. I don’t know any surgeon who does it. Bbl is commonly done but there are major risks to it and the results not so hot.
I see what you are talking about. I would seriously question the judgment of any surgeon who would operate on you. You’d be asking for scarring and potential complications that simply are worth it

Not clear about the problem. I would be extremely surprised if you could find any surgeon will to remove your ribs. I carries many risks and probably won’t even accomplish what you think.
