I see what you are talking about. I would seriously question the judgment of any surgeon who would operate on you. You’d be asking for scarring and potential complications that simply are worth it

From your photo I am Not clear about the problem. I would be extremely surprised if you could find any surgeon will to remove your ribs. I carries many risks and probably won’t even accomplish what you think.

I can’t imagine what a surgeon plans to do with your ribs as you mention. As far as I know this is not a mainstream procedure and you are best advised not to have it performed
