What do you recommend for scoliosis, it's making my ribs protrude? (Photos)

Hi I have scoliosis and my ribs are slightly twisted and protruding more on the left side but I do notice this on both sides although it’s more on the left side. I’m trying to figure out what I can do to make them appear more normal? I know there’s procedures to remove the lower ribs, but when I feel my lower ribs and imagine them gone I don’t think it would fix the problem as the ribs which bother me are the ones more below my breasts as you can see in the picture.. maybe rib shaving instead ?

From your photo I am Not clear about the problem. I would be extremely surprised if you could find any surgeon will to remove your ribs. I carries many risks and probably won’t even accomplish what you think.
