Am I a good candidate for rib removal surgery? (photos)

Hi, I am a 27-yold trans woman. I have suffered greatly with gender dysphoria due to my large rib cage since I started transitioning when I was 24. Mostly, I am very thin and I have a narrow waist under the belly line, but thanks to my lower ribs it gives me a shortened waistline and a boxy apperance. Last year I went through breast augmentation just trying to reduce my chest / rib cage dysphoria. From what I read, rib remivol or even rib reduction without removal of the bone, would help me?!
