Is there a way to reduce the size of my rib cage? (Photo)

It’s gigantic and makes me look weird. I can be super healthy at 5’6”, 110 but my rib cage is so huge it kind of ruins everything. Can I safely reduce my rib cage without harming internal organs?

I can’t imagine what a surgeon plans to do with your ribs as you mention. As far as I know this is not a mainstream procedure and you are best advised not to have it performed
