Based on limited photos, you appear to be a candidate for a chin implant extended laterally into the jaw area as well as liposuction of sub-mental fat pocket. You may also consider Buccal fat removal to overall improve facial Aesthetics. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS and discuss your options

Based on your photos, you may indeed be a good candidate for chin implant surgery. This would function in improving your jawline, and also in adding Heit to the lower 1/3 of your face on front view. Genioplasty has much more downtime, and my opinion, has a much less predictable result. And if you don't like the way your chin implant looks, they are ridiculously easy to remove. I hope this helps. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are surgical and non-surgical options to correct this.

We can place a chin implant, which is a quick surgical procedure. Many of my patients try to avoid surgery, however, so for those patients, we also offer non-surgical chin augmentation with injectable fillers. Fillers like Radiesse, Voluma, BellaFill, and Sculptra are injected into the area to improve the overall appearance of the lower face and balance the jaw and lip harmony. We use cannula injections to meticulously contour and project the chin, soften the chin along the jawline, and improve the chin crease.

I recommend a chin implant first. This will balance the face laterally, give more projection and tighten the skin. I also recommend a lip lift at the same time. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

There is no doubt that chin augmentation with implant would be a good procedure for you. Whether neck liposuction or neck lift should accompany this procedure could be decided only on the basis of in person or teleconference consultation. Good luck.

In this procedure, we make an incision under the chin, remove the fat under the neck and sometimes place a small implant.

A genioplasty is performed by a dentist/ oral surgeon when the teeth are significantly out of alignment and orthodontic braces haven't worked. It's performed in a hospital setting under general anesthesia with an overnight stay at the hospital and is quite invasive. Placement of a chin implant can be performed under local anesthesia for a cosmetic enhancement to augment your short mandible for better facial balance, and proportions. There's a small incision placed underneath the chin, this is done as an outpatient procedure, and as much less invasive. Regarding the fat in your neck, you most likely have fat deposits located both above and below the plasma muscle in your neck, which would require a neck lift procedure to remove both compartments of fat, and a plasma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. This procedure is done under general anesthesia and can be combined with an chin implant

Hi. I would suggest a chin implant as your chin position is a bit backwards when you look at it from profile. And a fat injection in the jawline, around the chin would help to get a nice proportion. There does not seem to be too much fat under the chin, but if you have enough fat cells, liposuction would also help about your concerns.
