Question

It appears to me that I have a round, flat face with deflated cheeks and weak chin and jawline. What procedures are available to correct this? Would my face benefit from a chin implant or sliding genioplasty and liposuction around the jaw along with some form of cheek augmentation and rhinoplasty? I was told that masseter botox would not benefit me as much as something to slim my jowl area. How can that be achieved? Thank you in advance for answering!

I would recommend a rhinoplasty and lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. The rhinoplasty can elevate the nasal columella angle of the nose and refine the tip.
