I had a facelift a yr ago. still swollen in back of my ears and neck below my ear.Still have pressure at my temples.. went for a second opinion and was told that steriod shots would help.My dr never reccomemded it..Just told me to come back In 4 months.

Answer: Kenalog injection to face If this irregularities are due to hypertrophic scaring then steroid injection would help. However bunching of skin will not response to that.
