Right nostril runs clear intermittently and will run occasionally when I bend over, could this be a CSF leak?

I had a septorhinoplasty 5 years ago, then developed a perforation which was fixed a year later . Since then I have noticed my right nostril will run clear watery fluid occasionally if I bend over or will just run in general for no reason. It is not constant but does happen quite frequently. ACould this be a CSF leak? My left nostril rarely runs.
