I had primary rhynoplasty about 10.5 months ago. This is not right and it's looked like this as soon as the splint came off. Is there anything that can be done to fix it and what's wrong. I don't think it's swelling at this point? 46 year old female, 5"2, 120 pounds, normal to oily skin.
