10 months post op - Nose “beefier” after rhinoplasty, does it suit my face? (photos)

Second, it is too soon to assume you’ve already achieved your full results, because it isn't until a full year after the procedure that results are truly definitive. Your nose is still recovering, and it will still change. If after a full year you are still unhappy with your results, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. Your surgeon will evaluate your nose, recommend the best course of action to address your concerns and goals, and help ensure the best possible outcome.

I think your result looks really nice on your face, both from a frontal view and a profile.
The last place for the swelling to resolve is the tip (this includes the columella) and that can take up to 18m in some cases. The changes you will see will be small, but likely impactful in creating a bit more definition of the tip.
I would give it sometime to see if the there is any further reduction in swelling, and also to get used to this nose, you may find with time that you love it. If that ends up not being the case, I would recommend speaking with your original surgeon about your concerns.

Hello and thanks for your question. First of all your nose look beautiful at the moment too. The problem that I can see from your photos is your nostrils seems narrow and to be uplifted. If you still have the concerns 1 year post-op, You can have the revision surgery to fix this and achieve the nose that will fit your face perfectly.
