Having trouble pinpointing what is causing this - What are common ways to fix nose asymmetry? (photos)

On the left side there is a mild raised area. It is inconsequential and is not effecting the beauty of your nose. I would recommend to leave it alone.

I can't pinpoint the asymmetry either. However to me your face looks quite attractive and I would advise against any procedures to try to make it symmetrical.

Hi there. It’s hard to tell without more photos but I would guess that from the front your nasal tip is slightly deviated to the right, or the middle part of your nose is slightly deviated to the left. This usually explains such asymmetries in three quarter views. Asymmetry in the tip cartilages can also be a cause. It looks relatively minor however.
