I’m a 22 year old female and I’ve always felt that my nose was too upturned while being rounded at the same time. I have a weak jawline even after medically necessary orthognathic surgery, so I feel it doesn’t really fit together. It’s been difficult for me to find others who have the same nose and results of their rhinoplasty so I’d like to ask if results similar to the photos attached would be possible while maintaining some integrity of my natural nose?
