I had surgery over 2 years ago but I feel something doesn’t look right with my nose I have a slight depression just above the tip & the left side looks a bit strange. I also notice that when I breathe in my left nostril kind of sucks in.

Hello, and thank you for your question. While it’s difficult to tell whether you do have a saddle nose based on your images alone, rhinoplasty can correct any crease or depression in the nose. Minor issues may be corrected using dermal fillers as well. To know for sure, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. A rhinoplasty will never be perfect. If the issue is minor, it is not worth doing a revision. The risk/reward ratio is not in your favor.

Do you have a saddle nose deformity? Based on the photos you show you have only a slight supratip recession which is sometimes considered desirable. This does not constitute a saddle nose deformity . a saddle nose deformity consists of a large depression above the tip area not the slight definition which you have. If your nostril collapses on inspiration that is possibly due to lack of Cartlidge support , and can usually be remedied with a Cartlidge graft
