Do I have mild saddle nose? If so, how can I correct it? (photos)

Minor issues may be corrected using dermal fillers as well. A rhinoplasty will never be perfect. If the issue is minor, it is not worth doing a revision. The risk/reward ratio is not in your favor.

Do you have a saddle nose deformity? Based on the photos you show you have only a slight supratip recession which is sometimes considered desirable. This does not constitute a saddle nose deformity . a saddle nose deformity consists of a large depression above the tip area not the slight definition which you have. If your nostril collapses on inspiration that is possibly due to lack of Cartlidge support , and can usually be remedied with a Cartlidge graft
