Will adding fascia and nanofat and (possibly) perichondrium to the nose make it wider after it heals? Looking to do something to thicken the skin but less invasive in a closed approach. If I overlay is on the bridge and tip will it widen it? Or unilateral osteotomies between the nasal bones and the maxilla? Could I do that closed with spreader grafts from the rib? Will the fascia add softness to the touch apart from visually after swelling subsides? Will this improve the infratip break area?
