27 year old female ,5'6, weight 115. When i was 14 i noticed my boobs were saggy when bending forward, and my nipple would always slip out of my bra. I noticed my skin is thinner than other people's skin. Don't know if it could be because my parents where 42 mother and 62 year old father. Old people having kids?. I also lost

It would be genetics more than your parents’ age that would determine the shape/size of your breasts. If it’s a concern, please see your physician for an assessment. It may just be the natural shape of your breasts and not be cause for concern.

It appears like your skin is quite weak and the weight of your breasts is causing them to descend inferiorly and laterally. You will need a breast lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes.  The look of your breasts is influenced by genetics.  The age of your parents isn't really a factor.  If you are concerned with the appearance of your breasts visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more about your options.

It appears that you have involutional changes associated with aging combined with a mild expression of tuberous breast. That said, you would benefit greatly with a simultaneous mastopexy + breast augmentation. This would lift the breasts and provide much needed superior pole fullness.
