Answer: Round Face You are too young for any form of a facelift. What you need is a chin implant that will make your lower face vertically longer and little bit more horizontal projection. (vertical lengthening chin implant) That will essentially create a similar effect to what you are illustrating with your hands.

Answer: Face catherineshim, I see a pretty girl with little need for surgery. I'm sure you'll find someone willing to do something. Be careful and choose a busy experienced surgeon who does "only faces". Please do not do midface or even neck liposuction. Good luck

Answer: Chubby face Everyone's facial shape is always a little different from the next. You have a very pretty face and at your age, I would recommend that you don't over-pursue the desire for the "perfect" face. You will spend a lot of ill-directed money and may end up worse than what you started with. A good cosmetologist can show you how properly applied make-up can give you that same desired appearance of a thinner face.
