Subcision on the chin?

Can subcision be done for tethered acne scars on my chin? When I smile I can see they are bound down. I have never seen any photos of subcision in this area so wondered if it's safe. Thanks!

Yes it can be done.  Majority of Plastic surgeons have no training in dermatology or experience doing this procedure nor any training with lasers.  Fat transfer would not work in the small scar and specially in area of forehead!  Please make sure you visit dermatologic surgeon...

There is no one single treatment that gives improvement in acne scarring , multiple sessions are typically needed. I find that bellafill is best for the scars.  Dr. Emer
