Subcision on the chin?

Can subcision be done for tethered acne scars on my chin? When I smile I can see they are bound down. I have never seen any photos of subcision in this area so wondered if it's safe. Thanks!

There is no one single treatment that gives improvement in acne scarring , multiple sessions are typically needed. I find that bellafill is best for the scars.  Dr. Emer
