Can nasolabial subcision cause sagging later on?

I was recently looking into getting nasolabial subcision, but one doctor told me that it could cause sagging later on. Is there anything to support this claim? Thank you so much!

There is no one single treatment that gives improvement in acne scarring , multiple sessions are typically needed. I find that bellafill is best for the scars.  Dr. Emer
