Botox takes 2 weeks to work, I suggest you give it time to determine what the ultimate outcome is. Please see an expert if you are still concerned after swelling has gone down.  If you are unhappy it will resolve in 2-4 months on its own. Best, Dr. Emer.

After having Juvederm and Botox, it is best to
give the injected areas several days for the filler to settle. With any type of filler, you will have some swelling that could cause asymmetry for a couple of
days. Botox takes several days to take effect and I always have patients wait a full two weeks before considering a touch up. If you are still concerned at that time I would return to your provider to a reevaluation. Best of luck. 

Hello Finallysophia,What you are seeing when you smile is the right lower lip not being pulled as far down as the left side.  This happens because of a nerve that starts just behind your ear and travels over the bottom of the jaw.  It appears it has been affected by the Botox you had to your masseter muscle.  Since the treatment was only 2 days ago, this is likely going to get worse before it gets better.  The reason is it takes about 7-10 days to reach the maximum effect.  The good news is that this result will only be temporary.  The drawback is that other than time for the Botox to wear off (about 3-4 months), nothing will speed up that process.  I hope this helps and good luck.
