I had a small (porous) chin implant 10 yrs ago along with rhinoplasty. The chin implant being small didn't really do much projection wise. I need it to come forward a bit more in order for my profie to have a better balance. I asked my injector if it would be problematic injecting Voluma over it and she said she had cases where she would hit the implant while injecting someone and that in order to prevent problems she would prescribe antibiotics. Is it still a good idea? Is it doable?
