I'm thinking 3ml but not sure. I know that I want to improve projection for sure (that's the #1 goal) but a little bit of width would be nice too. Would 1.5ml be enough? Here are pictures: Also, what would happen to the cleft in my chin? Would it protrude more? It faces downwards as it is. (I like the chin dimple and don't want to get rid of it). Also, I don't think I need chin lipo as I am carrying a bit of fat on me (about 30lbs).
