I currently have a chubby round face (due to weight gain and genetics) I plan on losing the weight but I know my facial structure will not change. What are my best options? A jaw implant , chin implant or radieesse injections in my jaw? I pushed the fat around my jaw area to the back of my face and slightly lifted my fingers up to get an idea of how I would look with a square face.

Answer: Will Radiesse injections make my round face look square? Botox Cosmetic® injected into the "jaw-clenching", or masseter muscle works well to elongate a round face. Radiesse® can enhance and shape a more defined jawline, but may not provide the "skin lift" the photos demonstrate.
