I recommend that you get Sculptra injected a it will augment the results of the HA filler Restylane and Radiesse.As well, consider laser resurfacing in order to improve the finely etched skin in your smile lines before they get worse. Treating the 'depressions' around the naso-labial fold and trying to correct the more superficial 'lines' in this area can require different correction techniques. Just confirm that eliminating the lines is what he is trying to do. Sometimes the issue is just very stubborn lines that just don't seem to respond to anything. Other times it may be due to subtle differences in injection technique or the selection of fillers.
