I’m a mother of two and breastfed both my kids till they were two years old. I had a lot of sagging and overall loss of volume with uneven boobs. I was very self conscious to wear a bathing suit as my boob did not match my wide body. I relocated to Colorado and scheduled a consultation with Dr. Smith in April for an August consultation. I’ve also met with a couple of other doctors in WA state and felt Dr. smith was the best.
I went in for my consultation and Christa helped me narrow down the size I wanted, and Dr. Smith talked to me about my boob goals. At first I wanted 450cc silicone but because my shoulders are wide they suggested 500cc, we narrowed down to 535cc.

We scheduled for the next available in September. The nurses preparing me for surgery and aftercare were sweet, informative, and amazing! I was so nervous going in but as soon as Dr. Smith came in to talk to me before surgery, I told him my main key words for my goals and he assured me he is going to make it amazing. I ended up getting back Lipo, mastopexy with implants (left is 560cc and right is 595cc) So far I am 3 days post op, was able to take a shower and I love how I look already. I am excited to trust the process and see the final result!

I am so excited to finally commit to getting my breasts done. After having one child and breastfeeding years ago, my breasts aren't what they used to be. I have been to several consults and have chosen Dr. Aaron Smith in Colorado Springs. He is so very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him and discussing everything surrounding this procedure. My pre-op visit was a few days ago and I went into it thinking of an implant size around 550cc but when I tried them on, i couldn't see that big of a difference. The nurse said "hold on, let me go get the bigger implants" and brought in Mentor 750 & 700cc. Wow! Those made a difference. I immediately knew those were the ones but now I'm having doubts. The heavier the implant and higher the profile, the greater risk for complications and issues down the road. I'm caught between wanting that certain look of upper pole fullness and large full boobs and being terrified of the unknown. I know the risk of nipple necrosis is higher and Dr. Smith explained he may have to use a smaller implant during surgery if I have any signs of compromised blood flow to my nipple and that is all fine & good because I definitely don't want to lose one. I do trust he will do the right thing when the time comes. Is anyone else out there having this same predicament deciding to go larger or have you already had this done with larger implants and regretted going bigger?

Dr. Aaron was a pleasure to work with and made me feel very comfortable the entire time! I got 700cc and am so happy with my results!

After two pregnancies and weight gain and loss of 100lbs, I have been left with loose skin that doesn't respond to exercise. I had a breast lift in 2017 and was elated with the results so I of course knew I'd be going back to Dr Smith for my arms as well. I decided to also have a bit of abdominal lipo at the same time as I have a few stubborn fat pockets on my stomach.

Day 4 of recovery and already feeling better. Days 2 and 3 were a little rough but as long as you stay on top of pain meds it's really not bad. Armpits are definitely the worst part as it's hard to not have any friction. I showered after 48 hours and incisions look pretty good so far. I'm super itchy and have a plastic fork within reach at all times haha.

My arms are super tight feeling which I'm sure will subside once the swelling goes down. It's definitely hard not being able to use my arms and for this reason I'd say this recovery is worst than breasts. Post op appt is Monday so excited to see Dr Smith and get his opinion on how I'm healing. He's been very honest about scarring- it's really kind of a crapshoot how people heal from a brachioplasty but I'm hopeful I'll be one of the lucky ones

Day 9 post op. Armpits are tricky- I tried to shave and it was too scary so I aborted mission. I retaped the areas where the steri strips came off. I wore tape on my breast lift incisions for months and I think it really helped with scarring. Plus it feels better when they are reinforced. I think healing is looking pretty good for being just over a week post op.

I’m also struggling with the compression garments. The ace bandages are bulky and hard to wear under clothes but my compression garments I bought (like a shrug) are so tight and uncomfortable. I bought the athletic sleeve kind so I will try those out when they come.

Scale is still up 5 lbs which is annoying but I know I’m swollen. I also had abdominal lipo.

I am so thrilled with the results. 12 days post op and healing really well. I’m anxious to be able to workout but I’m another month out from that.

I’ve switched to silicone scar tape. Arms are a little tender, just bruised feeling. I’m so happy with how they are healing so far. Hoping the scar tape helps a lot in the final result.
Anxious to workout, I’m planning on doing some light cardio this week.

Recovery has been great, very little discomfort at all. Scarring is okay. I’d hoped for it to be better but knew going into it that arms are tricky for scars. I know they will continue to fade over time but I do have quite a bit of widening around my left armpit area. I think it’s because I sleep with my arms up under my pillow. I continue to use bicorneum and wear silicone tape at all times.

It was amazing! Dr. Smith exceeded my expectations in every way possible. He answered all of my questions and concerns, and was extremely comforting when I was nervous about surgery. The staff was also very nice and helpful. When I got to the surgery center, the nurses were so wonderful, and Dr. Smith came to talk to me before and after my surgery.

I am 8 days post op from my breast augmentation surgery. I am so pleased with the whole experience so far. At my pre op appointment I was extremely nervous but Dr Smith was so kind, gentle and honest. He put me at complete ease. I had surgery the following Tuesday and was not nervous at all. All of the staff, nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr.Smith were so kind and comforting. When I woke up in recovery my hands and arms were cold and felt uncomfortable so the recovery nurse got a machine that blows out hot air to warm them for me. Dr Smith called me that evening after surgery to check on me at home. They all went above and beyond! I went in for my one week post op yesterday and Dr. Smith again answered all questions that I had. He is amazing! He truly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. If you are thinking about having a breast augmentation I would definitely recommend Dr Smith. Also even though I am only 8 days post op I feel great! Minimal swelling , no bruising and honestly no pain since day 3 post op. I have days that I feel sore especially after sleeping but nothing that isn’t manageable. I am so happy to have finally done this for myself. Dr smith deserves 5 plus stars!!

I had an awesome experience so far. My stomach is no longer in my lap when I sit and my mind is blown. I am currently 4 days postoperative. I am able to stand up straight and sleep in my bed. The only down fall at this point is getting dressed lol. I have a binder on and it doesn't hold everything in like. Faja does. I purchased one from Amazon and it fits perfectly I just don't like the crotch area it on but not enough for one and two so tomorrow when I go to my first postoperative appointment they have some to purchase.

Day 5 postoperative. I no longer have a drain. Dr.Smith says I’m healing well. I can now wear any bra I want just no wired bra and I have to keep my compression binder on for 6 weeks. I can start some light cardio 4 weeks postoperative and back to weight lifting at 6 weeks postoperative. I went bra shopping to buy a sports bra to change out lol and the two I brought are two small that has never happened before lol.

Loving my results this far

I had an anchor lift and augmentation 3 weeks ago. Dr. Aaron Smith was very professional and kind, and answered all my questions. His staff is amazing. I even told him I felt I was calm right before surgery as I knew he was the surgeon that would be doing my procedure. Very happy with results.

Scheduled a few consultations. First one was with Dr.Aaron Smith in Colorado Springs,Co. After leaving his office I knew he was the right fit for me. Cancelled my other consultations. Had surgery with him a few months later and I'm 5 days post operation and already love my results. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo to the flanks and Breast augmentation. He put in 605cc high profile to fill out my emptiness and achieve the look I desire. Their still very high and need time to drop and fluff. Love my scar placement from the tummy tuck and most of all my new belly button! As a surgical technologist myself Working with a variety of surgeons on a daily basis,I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff. He has amazing bed side manners and his work is amazing. Once I'm fully healed I'll update photos on here.

I had BA December 2015 and had 265cc put in under the muscle since that produces the best results. I didn't want a high profile or mythic, just to fill in my tissue. I was a size 32DD and afterwards was a 34DDD. After having my daughter and drastically losing weight, I DESPERATELY needed a lift. I decided to go back to my original surgeon & after much thought, decided to go with 490cc HP. I had my surgery 3/05/2020. Everything went great. I now 2 days PO & honestly feel great. Not a lot of pain at all & don't really need my medicine. Will update soon but I'm so excited to see how they turn out after the "fluff" fairy comes lol
