Follow-up: Longest lasting chin filler?

The longest lasting filler for your chin would be either Radiesse or Voluma.  Radiesse has the advantage of having a little more volume in each syringe while Voluma is the only filler with 2 year indication and is made of HA so it can be melted if you don't like the result.  Radiesse cannot be melted. You may also want to consider a chin implant.  Some patients like to have filler for an injectable chin implant and then, if they like the result, choose to have a surgical chin implant for a more permanent solution.Good Luck

There are several filler options that you can use for a non-surgical chin augmentation.  Radiesse®, which is a calcium based filler, has the benefit to stimulate your own collagen and typically lasts 12 months.  Another option is Voluma®, which is a hyaluronic acid that typically lasts 18-24 months. Voluma or Radiesse are what we use for the chin area. Depending on the patients desired look, they both appear smooth and natural when placed properly. It is an excellent filler for the chin as well as the cheeks. When in experienced hands, the results should last at least nine to twelve months, or even up to two years in some cases.

In the Juvederm family, Voluma is often used at the chin area and it is one of the juvederm that will last the longest.
