The longest lasting filler for your chin would be either Radiesse or Voluma.  Radiesse has the advantage of having a little more volume in each syringe while Voluma is the only filler with 2 year indication and is made of HA so it can be melted if you don't like the result.  Radiesse cannot be melted. You may also want to consider a chin implant.  Some patients like to have filler for an injectable chin implant and then, if they like the result, choose to have a surgical chin implant for a more permanent solution.Good Luck

Thank you for your question. Voluma is a long lasting filler with persistence about 2 years. It has a high G prime and is excellent for chin contouring.
