I have a very small chin dimple that isn't very noticeable but it always comes out in pictures and it bothers me what is the best way to get rid of it or the best thing to inject ?

I have not experienced or heard of chin necrosis from fillers but I would stay with the HA fillers because they are reversible. I am curious as to the reason you had the chin implant removed? My experience with Silicone chin implants has always been very positive and I have not had any patients...

Yes! Dermal filler can be used to fill in a cleft chin and smooth out the chin. I prefer Juvederm Voluma for the chin, as it is a long lasting (up to 2 years) and reversible dermal filler, with a tofu like consistency.
