What filler is best to use in chin to avoid necrosis? And how big is the risk to get necrosis?

I have not experienced or heard of chin necrosis from fillers but I would stay with the HA fillers because they are reversible. I am curious as to the reason you had the chin implant removed? My experience with Silicone chin implants has always been very positive and I have not had any patients request removal of implants that I have placed. It is my preferred treatment for the chin. Certain areas are at a higher risk of skin necrosis than others. In experienced hands, necrosis after chin fillers is rare. Any filler can theoretically cause necrosis. More important is the knowledge and skill of the injector and their ability to not only treat the volume loss, but also appropriately manage complications should they occur. Chin volumization with fillers is an advanced procedure and I would not trust this area to a nurse. Hope this helps answer your question.

Voluma is the best chin filler to use. As long as your Injector is experienced and aspirates during the procedure the risk of necrosis is very small. Seek an experienced Injector who has done chin filler many times.
