I've had a chinimplant in the past, and I got it removed 5 years ago. I've used fillers such as Perlane and Voluma in the chin to make my chin look more pointy untill now. But I rescent day got aware of the fact that fillers can cause necrosis. When my nurse saw me, she immediately removed the filler with hyaluronidase. She said I had gotten to much, and she was afraid of necrosis. What filler is most safe to use? And is it safe as long as i don't get too much? I need something who gives volume.

Hi Verdad1 and thank you for your question!
Yes! Dermal filler can be used to fill in a cleft chin and smooth out the chin. I prefer Juvederm Voluma for the chin, as it is a long lasting (up to 2 years) and reversible dermal filler, with a tofu like consistency.
