Lasting (weeks) pain after seating of crown on implant abutment? (photo)

I am sorry to hear that you are in pain.  First it is very hard to answer the question depending on the type of implant was originally placed. 

 From the x-rays, it looks like there is 2 possibilities for the  pain

1. depending on the type of implant, the crown and the "abutment"may not be seated fully in the implant.  There is a possibility that there is gum tissue trapped between the implant and the crown, so when you bite down, it presses against the tissue. Again this depends on the type of implant that was placed. 

2. There is a possibility that the sinus may have perforated the floor of the sinus. 

Both situations are repairable so I would see not only your dentist, but the also the person who placed the implant.
