Since the crown has been seated on the implant (with maxillary sinus lift, bone crafting) abutment I’m in constant pain (increased pain when force is applied to crown/implant) in the area around the implant. The pain increases when force is applied to the crown/implant. Clindamycin brought not pain relief. I have seen the dentist several times regarding this issue and one occlusal adjustment has already been done.

It is not a good idea to be without a temporary crown for this long. Temporary crown protects the prep, gum, and tooth movement. It should not take a month to get a permanent crown. It seems that there might be other issues in play since your dentist is delaying putting your...
