In most offices,  such  procedures are charged by the area and the amount of fat in the area being treated, which will predicate the amount of time necessary to reach goal treatment temperatures.Typically, in reputable, established plastic surgery practice in the North East,  the first area (eg under arms) is around 3,500 to 4,000 and the second one on the same day, such as the bra roll, is reduced. If liposuction is necessary at the same time then the fee would be a little higher. Pricing is dependent on a number of factors including your geographic location and whether or not you choose to combine liposuction with ThermiTight. If you do both liposuction and ThermiTight, costs will be much higher. It's hard to tell without a picture but you may not need liposuction; this is something you could discuss and determine during a consultation with a Thermi expert. Moreover while most doctors perform ThermiTight under local anesthesia, many do the procedure under general anesthesia (which increases costs).
