I want to know if my case is 1-gyno or pseudu gyno? (Photos)

 A majority of males with gynecomastia have a glandular component. This is breast tissue that is centered underneath that areola. There is usually also a variable amount of fatty tissue as well. Men who are overweight have this form of gynecomastia, however, more often overweight men have an excess of fatty tissue was little or no excess in glandular tissue. The distinction is important because the condition may respond to dire and exercise. The photos are not the best but roughly it looks like you have loose skin and a lot of fatty tissue. How much is actual breast tissue is difficult to say from just a photo.

Although your pictures are far from ideal, you have significant gynecomastia that will require a mastectomy like procedure to correct. This will require a nipple grafting or flap procedure to achieve an optimal cosmetic result. One of the major contributors to your problem is your excess weight. If you are going to try or believe you may lose weight, you should do this first before considering gynecomastia surgery. If you lose the weight after the surgery, you may regain what would appear to be breasts because of the resultant loose skin that will not contract.

I am not sure what you mean by 1-gyno etc. You do have gynecomastia. The photos are not great but if the question is whether the gynecomastia is attributable in part or in full to you being overweight the answer is yes.There is no universally agreed on staging system for gynecomastia comparable to say breast cancer.For you the optimal result will require a combination of diet ,exercise and surgery.To not fully work through all three components will result in a situation that is sub-optimal.
