You already look feminine based on these photos - your nose looks small and your chin isn't too tall or wide.  If you are still being misgendered the first procedure I would consider would be forehead feminization with reduction of the bone above and to the sides of your eyes.  You can also lower and/or round your hairline if needed during this procedure.  Second I would recommend softening your jaw bone.  Your chin appears quite feminine, but further back your jaw is more full.  You could also try treating this fullness with botox.  This is not as powerful, but does make a nice difference without surgery.  Other small touches like an upper lip lift and cheek implants may make a nice difference, but how much these would help is tough to say based on a couple selfies.  If you are not satisfied with the feminine quality of your voice after voice therapy, you may also be a candidate for voice feminization surgery.  All of these procedures (except the voice surgery) can be done together.  See an experienced facial feminization surgeon who can give your further guidance.  Many of us ofter video conference consults to help give better advice.  Dr. Rolfes

first of all, you look great and passable. If you want to further refine your feminine appearance, you can consider forehead contouring with scalp advancement, lip lift, jaw contouring.
