Endoscopic mid face lift - how long does it last?

I think this is highly dependent on the surgeon. I have not only published extensively but lectured in the area of endoscopic brow and mid face lift and typically when I do the endoscopic mid face it is always together with an endoscopic brow lift which I feel gives much more longevity to the procedure. Having preformed this surgery for over 20 years now, I feel that an isolated mid face lift has very limited results for reasons that are just too lengthy to get into. The midface lift, whether done be open or endoscopic techniques, really is not all that great.  Without a photo it is impossible to know which procedure would be of help.  The endoscopic lift takes a good amount of time for very little if any benefit.  I’m not at all surprised with your experience with a thread lift.  Like the thread lift the endoscopic midface lift sounds too good to be true.  However appealing it may seem I think you will find it a waste of money.  A properly done standards facelift is far more beneficial. On average the surgical #results last between 4 and 7 years. However, people vary so much from one another, an exact time is difficult to provide. If you wish, you may repeat the procedure at that time. There is always an improvement compared to not having the procedure as the #aging process continues to progress throughout the future. Patients, with very loose skin will occasionally experience sagging earlier and it may be seen as soon as one year later. Such may require a secondary procedure to tighten the loose skin.
