Hi. How long endoscopic mid face lift last? I read lot of explanation and it sounds like similar to thread lift. I did thread lift in the past which only last a year. Is endoscopic lift also last only year? If so whih mid face lift has most longest effect?
Answer: I think this is highly dependent on the surgeon I think this is highly dependent on the surgeon. I have not only published extensively but lectured in the area of endoscopic brow and mid face lift and typically when I do the endoscopic mid face it is always together with an endoscopic brow lift which I feel gives much more longevity to the procedure. Having preformed this surgery for over 20 years now, I feel that an isolated mid face lift has very limited results for reasons that are just too lengthy to get into. I hope this answers your question and I wish you the very best in your research.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Midface lift The midface lift, whether done be open or endoscopic techniques, really is not all that great. Without a photo it is impossible to know which procedure would be of help. The endoscopic lift takes a good amount of time for very little if any benefit. I’m not at all surprised with your experience with a thread lift. Like the thread lift the endoscopic midface lift sounds too good to be true. However appealing it may seem I think you will find it a waste of money. A properly done standards facelift is far more beneficial. Hope this helps.

Answer: The Lasting Effects of a Facelift On average the surgical #results last between 4 and 7 years. However, people vary so much from one another, an exact time is difficult to provide. If you wish, you may repeat the procedure at that time. There is always an improvement compared to not having the procedure as the #aging process continues to progress throughout the future. Patients, with very loose skin will occasionally experience sagging earlier and it may be seen as soon as one year later. Such may require a secondary procedure to tighten the loose skin.

Answer: Mid Face Lift Hi AquafinastyleThanks for posting. Every surgeon is different and will advise you to have surgeries that they believe are best for you. It would be worth seeking out a PS for a consult to get a more definitive answer to your questions based on an examination. The tread lift will only last a couple of years at best.If your skin is loose, sagging or creating the appearance of jowls you may be a good candidate for Concept™ Facelift Surgery. This type of Rhytidectomy is unique as the facelift is performed under local anaesthetic, and is less invasive than traditional methods, meaning the cosmetic surgery has a significantly faster recovery time. The cosmetic procedure is similar to a mini facelift as it is performed with a short scar that runs in front of the ear, down to the ear lobe and tucked behind the ear. There will be no dressings or drains afterwards. This is performed as a day case, walk in-walk out procedure with minimal bruising and downtime.

Answer: Endoscopic mid face lift In our practice, we do not perform mid face lifts at all due to the fact that the mid face does not descend vertically with the aging process, and midface lifts can have a significant complications. The midface area ages by volume loss, therefore we place Silastic cheek implants through an intra-oral approach to augment the volume loss in that area. The lateral face does descend vertically, therefore a lower face and neck lift accomplishes rejuvenation of that component of the face. For many examples of both procedures, please see link and the video below
