I have round cheeks especially when I smile. I've always wanted to remove the fat and have a more contoured slim face. I'm in my 30s and my whole family have the same round cheeks my mother still does at 60 so I don't think age will slim them. Weight loss doesn't help at all. My question is where are my cheeks fat? Is it the lower cheeks or upper? Will buccal fat removal help take away where my cheeks are full or is my fat in another place more suitable for lipo or something else? Thank you
