Based on your question, it is difficult to evaluate your case, if you do not have a photo, my recommendations are that you are consulted in person by a certified plastic surgeon who sees and evaluate your case and determines what procedure you apply.
After treating your infection, you may have a BBL. please see a board certified plastic surgeon who does a ton of Brazilian butt lifts and operates at a certified facility and you will be in good hands. Ask “how many of this surgery have you done on people like me last year doctor?” Do not settle for vague answers.
