Will a BBL help my body be more proportioned, I have broad shoulders but no hips or butt?

Would a bbl look good ? Or would I have super loose skin from just lipo would I need to get a TT as well? Will a bbl be good to give me more of a proportioned body I have broad shoulders and no butt or hips also with the liposuction will my stomach be saggy afterwards

Dear Lizz047,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures you seem to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck, liposuction with fat transfer to your buttocks, as long as you are healthy, these can be done at the same time.Always consult with a board certified PS.

Loose skin after liposuction is always a concern. Some of the best places to harvest fat for a BBL are the lower back and flanks. If fat is held in deeper layers of the abdominal wall, around the internal organs, we call that inter-abdominal fat and liposuction cannot get to that fat. I would suggest an in person evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon to assess the fat in the abdominal region.  This will give you a better idea about the results you could expect from a BBL procedure.

Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy, and I think you'll get very good results. For safety and recovery reasons, it is not advisable to combine these procedures. You can divide these procedures in two sessions, six months apart.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back, arms, thighs, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Based on your picture I recommend a full tummy tuck combined with a full body contouring and BBL, this will give you a more proportioned and hourglass shape. I would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks as well if you want. You have choices, but definitely you must be evaluated first to accomplish what you wished.
