Hello. About a year ago I did a beard transplant. The doctor told me it’s very easy and scarless procedure which is a lie. Now I’m left with terrible hyper-pigmentation, scars and butchered scalp. What can I do about hyper-pigmentation? I tried Fraxel, cosmelan but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen. In general there shouldn't be "bumps" after surgery.
