2 weeks post-op beard transplant, have very small pimple like bumps. Doc said use aloe vera based cream, second opinion? (photo)

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  In general there shouldn't be "bumps" after surgery.

Your pictures do not show these small bumps but you should see a doctor, preferably the doctor who did your surgery to find out what these bumbs are
