Injected Botox on hands for hyperhidrosis but it's worsened

Question

before three days the doctor injected BOTOX 50 units on each hand for minimizing the excessive sweating of my hands, but I'm worried as my hands are very wet the whole day these three days. . Please help if u know if this is the compensation reaction of the BOTOX, or any advice. I have very important event In one month, severe sweating is impressing

The Botox may not have taken effect at 3 days.  If at two weeks there is still more sweat than what you hoped for, you may need additional units injected.  The only consideration in the hands is that a greater number of units could also cause more weakness than desired in the hand muscles.  Although you can get compensatory sweating after treatment, that usually occurs elsewhere and not in the treated area.

It can take up to two weeks to see the result of your Botox treatment.  You only had 50 units so if you are still sweating excessively at that time, you would require additional treatment.
