I had a anal fissure. Had to have a fissure atonomy in office procedure. I noticed now my fissure not bother me but I have a hard lump about the size of a dime near my anus hole. It doesnt hurt much but I think it is producing pus. Can't really tell if it's pus or mucus. It is the color of pus no bad smell. Dr. said no sign of abscess and if I had an abscess I would have a fever and be in pain. should I be worried or let this pass?
