Puss after anal fissure procedure with Botox. should I be worried if there's no pain ?

Anal fissures can occasionally become infected and result in an abscess or even a fistula (a tunnel from the anus to skin producing continued drainage of pus or fluid). If the abscess is draining on it's own (pus coming out) It may not hurt or cause a fever. Recommend having your doctor take another look - hope you are feeling better already.
