Are there any signs of necrosis after my breast uplift? (Photos)

chloegal3
I had a breast uplift on Wednesday (3 days ago) and my left nipple looks great but my right one it’s looking dark in places. I’m really worried about my right nipple having necrosis, I seen my surgeon the day after surgery and was told it’s just a hematoma? Is there any signs of necrosis here? I’m from the United Kingdom and had my surgery in a different part of Europe so it’s not that easy to go back to see the surgeon.
