It is now nearly 5 months since my implant removal and breast lift. My concern is the fatty, puckered area across my sternum between the lower breasts. I don't understand it. Previously the area was flat and my breasts separate. My surgeon says it that it is quite common if there is a lot of loose skin, and will improve, though I personally doubt this now. What I really want to know is whether anyone who would care to comment, can suggest what could be done to put this right.
Answer: The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift Your breasts are low on the chest wall and too far apart. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Puckers The puckers are from loose skin from the removal. Your lift could be tightened again under local in the office to help correct this.

Answer: Breast Revision Surgery Hi elle1205, Breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras. If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Also, you may need to wait until after 6 months when your implants have completely dropped and fluffed into their final position. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfer for lower breast wrinkling postop I must admit that I haven't seen this, especially this far postop, in my 35 years of practice, but then healing is often unpredictable. The wrinkling should be considerably improved with some soft tissue fill such as fat transfer, but not excessively so it does not look puffy and full (other than the first 1-2 weeks). A scar revision to try and correct your pleating/wrinkling is not the first choice at this juncture. Give it a year after the soft tissue fill before anything more aggressive. Good luck!!
