Francisco Sauceda, MD - Account Suspended

What a wonderful experience! I just finished my procedure and stay in Mexico and I was blown away by the results and the care/attentiveness taken by Dr. Sauceda and his team of nurses.

I had liposuction in my abdomen, chest & love handles, a fat replacement under my eyes, and an eyelid reduction. When I first came out of surgery, the results were amazing, even with the swelling! 

After the procedure, both Dr. Sauceda and his nurses checked on me daily to make sure I was ok and made sure I had everything I needed, including my COVID test to get back to the states. If you are looking for an extremely skilled plastic surgeon with an incredible bedside manner, I would highly recommend Dr. Sauceda.

Extended breast lift and implant exchange for my Dr. F. Sauceda or the *Skin Tailor* as I kindly nicknamed him, is brilliantly skillfully, kindly professional, and truly an artist with his patients bodies! I am currently 6 days post op, & already amazed at my results! I am a mother, that had gastric bypass in '06, and have maintained closely my 100 lb weight-loss, give or take 10-20 lbs over the years. I am a weightlifter, and have hated the dripping skin from my body and the stubborn fat, especially my inner thighs and arms! In 2013 I went to a surgeon in my home state (my review is on here of him), and had a very expensive and unimpressive mommy makeover. Of which left me with bottomed out sagging massive double N breasts and terrible self-image. I spent countless hrs getting consultations and quotes this past year from all over the world, lithuania, Thailand, Brazil, Mexico, and the most disappointing and expensive ones came from the US. I settled on Mexico and came across tons of social media famous surgeons in tijuana mostly, but none seemed right for me. I wanted to have one recovery, and get my extended thigh lift, extended arm lift and extended breast lift with implant exchange done all at once. Which would be a very long operation, and require great skill and experience. Which led me to dr. SAUCEDA! He has a very unique approach using epidurals, instead of heavy sedation, which reduces the risks associated to being put under. Which made me very comfortable! On top of that, his extraordinary price (1/4 of my quote in the states) was All-Inclusive!!! My compression garments (top of the line hypoallergenic $200.), my 12 day hotel stay, HIS ANGELIC Nurse Paty who comes to the hotel to care for you after you are released from the hospital, meds, ground transportation! I couldn't book fast enough, despite his lack of social media presence, I found facebook groups started & ran by his former patients!
I had surgery 11/12/2020, and after 9 or so hours of being operated on, I woke up feeling like I had a nap, not groggy and sick from heavy anesthesia! The best part, I have had minimal pain, I have managed my pain with Tylenol since post op day 1!! I was not prepared for the profoundly remarkable IMMEDIATE results of my surgeries! Dr. Sauceda has changed my entire being, I feel euphoric as a result of his care and beautiful work! Just be warned, he is brutally honest and he will not take any nonsense, lol hahaha! I was so excited I couldn't stop moving around! Which led to a stern talking to about being careful with my freshly created new arms/breasts and legs, of which he added lipo to, so as to ensure beautiful contouring, and he managed to remove 1/2 a POUND of side boob from each side!!! I love this guy and you will too! So that each of my surgeries can be tagged, I have to repeat this review for each procedure. Dr. Sauceda and his whole team are top notch! Every detail and consideration is made. I'm a 42 year old who had maintained a loss of 180 lbs. for about 6 years and was at the 160 lb mark when I went into surgery. Lots of hanging skin that wasn't going to go away. I went in for a brachioplasty, lower body lift and breast lift with implants (255cc)- I had about 8 lbs of skin removed- major surgeries, but I was in good hands.

I can say that it was one of the best decisions I have made for myself in many years. I traveled alone, however, was provided excellent care - even when I said I was doing fine, Dr. S still came to make sure that I was indeed doing well- I've never had that experience with a doctor before.

Pain was indeed challenging at the beginning, but the doctor worked with my needs to make sure it was manageable and that I was healing. At each point when I've had a question I can reach out and get a response within 24 hours - again, that's never been my experience before.

I'm thrilled with the results - I've never had a body like this before and it has been life changing. I'm still only 6 weeks out and healing, my body tends to spit stitches, but even if the scars stayed the way they are today I'd be thrilled because the shape of my body has been transformed. Dr. Sauceda and his team are specialists, the experience of working on bodies with major weight loss transformation isn't something you find everywhere.

I would still like to go back to him to have my legs and the skin around my bra line adjusted, but I'll be waiting to heal before I do that. I believe he goes above and beyond to try to do the best for his patients and I have and would continue to recommend him to my closest friends and family.

Dr. Sauceda is an absolute miracle worker, super talented with a vision for the best body he can give you! Very honest, he will tell you his work is extremely important to you and he cannot improve you he will not take your money. I had a muffin top roll around my belly front, side, and back, he did a belt lipectomy which lifted my butt and gave me a flat stomach again like when I was 25 years old!!! He dredid my over 15-year-old over-the-muscle implants and resized my huge brown areolas to create an amazing aesthetic in my new under the muscle implants that literally stand so firm I can go without a bra. I wish I had gotten a 2nd opinion from him instead of the over-priced Beverly Hills rip-off who pushed the saline ones on me and charged $10k for the lift that I had to take a loan out for. I went to Nuevo Leon, Monterrey Mexico for Dr. Sauceda, he reimbursed my plane fare and paid for my 10-day hotel visit!!! His nurse Patti was the kindest most attentive nurse ever! Dr's bedside manner is patient and attentive. He spent close to an hour in my free consultation the night before surgery and told me he was convinced he could make improvements. I am 48 and have a 27-year-old body now! He takes full payment at the time of service though, no financing so get a loan elsewhere. You will save double what he charges. My surgery was $11k when in Beverly Hills it was going to bealmost $22k!!! Best decision ever!

Top notch surgeon! I had a lower body lift, long thigh lift, arm lift and hernia repair with mesh I was able to have this all completed in one procedure which was perfect!

I flew in before surgery and had my markup the night before. Dr Sauceda explained everything in detail and level set my expectations for the outcome. He answered every question I had. He was very patient and kind.

I stayed in the clinic for two days and then I was ready to get back to the hotel to a more comfortable bed. Paty came every day to help me shower and change clothes. She is an angel. I stayed two weeks after surgery and then I flew back home to the states.

I had no complications and was attended to very well. I will be returning for an upper body lift and boobs later in the year.

I absolutely do not hesitate to recommend Dr Sauceda! He’s fantastic.

Dr. Sauceda is very caring and compassionate. He really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He did not try to talk me into procedures that I wasn’t fully comfortable with. Dr. S and his nurse Paty checked on me everyday during my stay. Paty is such a fantastic person and so gentle! I felt at easy knowing I had someone making sure my healing was going great. I am 3 weeks post op and loving my results! I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended for skill, compassion and professionalism.

Dr. Sauceda is the best! Did he do everything I wanted to do, no! thank God!
I am 65 years old and by denying me everything I wanted he so blessed me! He could have, could have done it for the money. No, he took care of his patient (me) and balanced safety. I will use him again when the time comes. Give him the best canvas you can and he will give you your best! He is an Artiste!

I wish I could rate Dr. Sauceda higher than 5 stars! He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. The service he and his staff provide is outstanding.He personally delivered me to the hospital for my procedure and took me back to the hotel after. Patty, his nurse came every day to change my dressings and help me shower and dress. Patty is an amazing nurse, very caring and it is obvious how much she lovers her job! Dr. Sauceda came to see me every other day himself. The clinic where he operates is clean and well run. His staff that assisted him during my surgery were very friendly and helpful. I do not speak spanish and almost all of his staff spoke english which was very helpful. I would not hesitate to reccommend Dr. Sauceda to anyone!

Not great pics, but you can see how much better my arms are! I'm thrilled with the results! My only advice is to get work done if you can when you are younger. I'm healing very well, but I'm sure the results would have been even better is I was not pushing 60.
