This is a small clotted vein, usually occurs under the breast or on the outside. It will usually go away on it's own but it can take a couple of months. You can do warm compresses and ibuprofen or other NSAIDS for the discomfort.

I would agree that a tear drop shape implant will be the better option. A round implant may give too much upper pole fullness which give the impression of a lower nipple position as the nipple may not be centered on the implant.
