I recommend that you follow-up with your Mohs surgeon as soon as possible. Foul-smelling discharge could indicate an infection, especially if you have any other symptoms (fever, swelling, redness, etc). If an infection is suspected, your doctor will perform a simple bacterial culture and possibly give you antibiotics.
My advice is to call your Mohs surgeon and see him/her so they can take a look. It really depends on what was done to stitch the area up or if it was left to heal on its own. Also sometimes patients get infections afterwards in about 1-5% of cases so again it is important to followup with your Mohs surgeon and give them the chance to evaluate the area.
I would suggest you return to your surgeon for an evaluation asap. Because there is tissue there which is healing sometimes it can have a smell to it. But it's important to have the area checked and make certain there is no infection.
