Also could i put more space between my neck and the front my chin, as there is very little space between my chin and neck presently.
Answer: Chin augmentation Chin augmentation should improve your appearance by projecting the chin and extending your neck forward. Your chin should not extend all the way to your nose, but more to the level of your lips. Extending the chin to the nose would make it look over projected.

Answer: I was wondering if I could extend my chin to the tip of my nose? It is possible to improve the appearance of the profile with a chin implant. I would recommend an in-person consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. He or she may use computer imaging software to morph a photo of you, which will give you an idea of how the final result of surgery may appear. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.

Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of chin implants and facial procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Chin implants require aesthetic balance hi patient097: while your photo does show a small chin, over enlarging it would create a serious imbalance. Generally, the maximum amount your chin should be enlarged is to the level of the point just under your nose at the top of your upper lip. You definitely need the advice and aesthetic eye of an experienced and artful plastic surgeon. Since you appear to be fairly young, another consideration. depending on the way your teeth come together and how much surgical investment and recovery you are able to take on, might be jaw advancement surgery to reset your jaw more forward. Best of luck. Dr. H
